The old coop has the open slat flooring, the new coop will have the pallets with solid pieces of osb on top and sealed so nothing can come sliding into the coop, I've planned on using hardware cloth to seal the opening on any of the pallets I use for sub flooring on the new coop..Great salvaging on the 4x4's!
Not sure about pallets for floor(or walls).
Might be handy structural components but also great habitat for things to live in if they have slats both sides. Coop floor will be on the ground or raised?
