Coop color??

I bought my coop off Craigslist but painted it to add character. I finished this week and the babies moved outside. The colors are sweet mustard, Edwardian Rose, and some kind of green.

I love your little coup. Even the colors go together. Bet the chicks love their new digs. Great job.

Thanks! I've been looking at everyone's colors here and decided I wanted a 3 color scheme. My DBF is an art major so he helped with the color coordination. The chicks love the coop part. They were unsure of the run and the green spikey stuff (grass):

This is such a cute little coop! Great design, and love the colors, did you get the design somewhere I could see? Im in the midst of building a smaller coop and would like to see how you did your pop door.

This is fun!

Keep in mind that we're in the city, so the coops need to be a little spiffier to keep the neighbors happier [and that's a losing battle with some of the neighbors, so there's a big privacy fence all the way 'round. Some folks just need to go play bingo or somethin'].

Madame Zelda's is an ark, painted maroon with lots of curly-cues and flowers painted on the sides to resemble a gypsy caravan. I'm working on painting some litte wooden eggs and chickens gold to put on top, drilling & putting them on rods so they'll spin. Over the top!

The new coop that I'm building is lime green with royal blue trim and a yellow gang plank. Thinking about painting some sunflowers on the sides. We'll see.

I love seeing what everyone's been doing.

Merry (I'd post pics, but I'm a newish egg, too)
