Coop Critique...Advice needed before Purchase

In an effort to not hijack this thread, as I tend to do (accidently...), I just have a quick question for @aart : I've been stalking you a little because you seem to be a part of most (all?) the DLM threads, but every time I click on a link you've shared it says "page not found". I feel like I'm really missing some good info and probably the answers to my questions! Could you please help? I would have posted a thread, but you think I can figure out how to do that?
