We don't have the problem with anything being able to get under the door since we built the door on top of the 6x6 timber. We actually have to step over the timber in order to enter the run. So far, we haven't had any problems with predetors entering the run or coop. And we have seen quite a few leaving our property lately (one very large fox, 2 racoons, and a very smelly skunk).

Sorry that I can't be of much help to you. Maybe someone else will be able to answer.

Just completed a coop for friends and I was pleased with the final result.

I would be honored to have my coop listed among the medium or large coops on this site, whichever applies.
It's 99sf inside and there are two additions planned in the near future. I will of course keep my blog up to date.

I hope I can inspire others.... as they have inspired me.

We just finished our second coop in time for the contest. This one is for our bantam cochins. It's a movable hutch design on an old garden cart. They are in it tonight and already love it. I do too! My hubby really hooked it up this time;)

We stuck with the outer banks theme. This one is a bit more rustic than our Corolla style:lol:
