COOP FLOOR

I'm currently designing my 2 ducks new coop, but I'm struggling to decide what the flooring of the coop should be. Im considering building on the dirt and trying the deep litter method, but other people seem to like decking boards or wood covered with a tarp. I just want my ducks to be happy and healthy

Blackjack rubr-kote 57, or vinyl flooring are other options, you can do deep litter on most any coop floor.

I would be afraid to build upon dirt. too many things can dig into that.

I have wood floors and vinyl over top, works great.

I'm thinking of using EPDM or Vinyl shower pan liner, but maybe that's not robust enough? I just have some lying around.

Not really sure what all this is but I just use a heavy plastic on top of the plywood of my pens
