Coop Ideas???

I have not raised chickens in 6 years, and have been wanting chickens for a while. For my birthday this year my grandparents are getting me a custom made chicken coop. I am really overwhelmed, by all of the options and want something that fits around 8-12 chickens. If you have any advice please help me out.
