Coop in the winter

Coop has been holding up pretty well this winter and birds doing well also. I posted pics on My BYC Page.
I have been off for a while, like to see how every one is making out this winter?

We've had a cold and snowy winter, and our three hens have done just fine. One item on my list this summer is to run power though - hauling water once or twice a day has been a bit of a chore and it would be nice to have an option to heat the coop on the coldest of nights. Applying vaseline to combs and wattles in sub-zero weather wasn't fun, but at least the girls didn't get any frostbite.

I think I'll expand the run this spring as well, as we may add two Easter Eggers to the flock...
