











The coop is double walled...plywood inside, cedar outside. There is a chicken wire inner roof under the PVC outer roof, which makes for excellent ventilation. The PVC roof over the coop is painted with Behr white roofing paint (I forgot about the greenhouse effect of the PVC). The paint significantly lowered the temp inside the coop. Not worried about the roof over the run. The floor is a sand base with mulch mixed in every day. The coop/run is secured to RR ties buried at ground level. No HW cloth was used as we have no varmints in this suburban neighborhood. Hope you like.
