i can give you some tips on how to make the coop, first off i would make the coop out of hemlock wood. it is long lasting, durable, and non expensive. secondly, i would make two doors for the coop , one a screen, and the other a thick hemlock winter door. a hatch, ramp, run etc.
also make sure to put the coop off the ground at waist height, trust me you don't want to have to reach to the floor all the time to feed water and clean...i tried to use my imagination and critical thinking skills and my coop turned out good for my chickens they have room to play, eat, and sleep.

But wont OSB fall apart over time when exposed to moisture? Needs siding or paint

Not sure about OSB but - IMO - the coop needs windows for both light and ventilation.

I was unable to open the coop plans to a useable format (.skp?) The file I was able to open was so minituturized as to be useless.
