Coop size , maybe I am overthinking?

I found that raised was a pain.

They are fickle creatures and will stash eggs under it and of course out of reach. They Will also go under where you cannot reach when sick or injured.

I have my doors open outward so I don't end up pushing birds as I try to enter the coop.
Just a huge tip there.

Or, you can build a coupe that is raised off the ground at the height you want and make the underside inaccessible to the birds. My current co-op is raised only about 6" off the ground. The underside of the co-op is sealed with respect to the birds being able to get to it this was easily accomplished with simple trim pieces and was part of the initial design
