Looking fantastic. I'm doing my homework now. I want to have two areas in my coop. 1 for the chickens and another for feed, supplies, incubator/brooder. It'd be great to have everything in one place.

I’m designing a coop somewhat similar, attached to a pole barn that I am going to have built, so I’ve been reading through your thread on designing your coop. So how high off the floor of the coop will the pop door be? Do you need to have “steps” or a ramp for them to climb up to the opening? Thanks for the pop door advice @rosemarythyme & @Sefirothe I’m sure my team can move that door up a bit.
My guys did adjust the door. It’s now about…10-12” and we put a concrete block outside as a step. May upgrade it at some point.I’m designing a coop somewhat similar, attached to a pole barn that I am going to have built, so I’ve been reading through your thread on designing your coop. From the inside mine is 6-8" above floor level so no issues with bedding staying inside.I’m designing a coop somewhat similar, attached to a pole barn that I am going to have built, so I’ve been reading through your thread on designing your coop.
