Coop ventilation help

I agree, install the ventilation at the top just under the roof.

This diagram is from an article on cattle barns, but the principle is the same:

I don't suppose those windows are double-hung so that you could open the top? I doubt it, but just mentioning. :)

@3KillerBs This diagram is my ventilation bible :)

Also, if you don't want to cut more holes or walls, is it possible to try leaving the windows open and block the bottom 80-90% of the windows, and make reverse overhang (or something like @aart has in his photos) to direct the incoming air upwards? Just wondering if that'll be helpful??

It’s looks to me like the v grooves in the roof sheathing provide excellent ventilation. Unless they are closed off but I can see light so I’m guessing they are open. Like aart said even with great ventilation frost bite can still happen. Why do you have plastic over the windows ?Like 3B said crack open the top sash of the window an 1” if possible. Pictures outside would help.
If only the bottom sash opens crack those open and block off the window like you have but leave the top couples inches open.
