wonder why my chicken wont go into there coope at night even if i9ts raining... and the smaller chicken is getting pecked all the time by the older ones

Chickens have to be locked inside their coop at first for about a week to know where home is. Thenlet them go into the run for a couple of days, thenlet them outside. Usually they will come into the coop at dusk to roost. If not they need a few more days of cooping up. If they normally come in,but have suddenly stopped, there might be mites or rfats that come out at night. You need to find out who the main bully is, and take them out of the group for a few days to knock them downin the pecking order.
