By this amount of time our Rouen was bleeding out of a nare . I would not bet the farm on it but she may make it.

Keep us posted on the outcome. What is known appears very scant. You may be start of poultry x venomous snake interaction in the states where treatments or lack of are considered in terms of how they impact outcomes.

She has not drank or drank very little . She picked the mealworms out of the food dish and may have ate a little Crumbles. Her poop looks normal except maybe a little dry.

Her name is Hershey. She is a K/C. The loudest quack in the flock. Our Pekin Quackers is the one that sounded the alarm. Unusual for her cause she usually just clucks. That is why I even went out there to check.the bass turd that did it is now ant food in my burn pit.

Thank you. She was making a lot of noise for a while but for tonight we put a blanket over the dog crate. I think we kept her alert enough not to just give up and die, so, now she needs rest. I think with Rou we went into covering the crate too early and she just gave up. She was dead by now
