If the party is loud, call the cops. It doesn't even matter if there is under age drinking (from this viewpoint), Loud parties impede on your rights just as much as chickens impede on his.

Yeah, didn't necessarily mean it like that, just pointing out that there is almost nothing else on the books regarding cats. They are like the non-existent pet that no one worries about.

Yeah, didn't necessarily mean it like that, just pointing out that there is almost nothing else on the books regarding cats. They are like the non-existent pet that no one worries about.

LOL I worry about mine! Then again, I keep them indoors. I have noticed that the ideas of licensing and/or leash laws for cats are becoming a lot more popular in many places...or at least there's been more serious discussion on the topic.

Sorry, does not matter if the cat was killing chickens or not...i DO NOT want stray cats in MY yard...period. If the neighbor doesnt want them to disapper then they need to keep them inside. I do! and i have 6 of them! I love them dearly..thats why i would NEVER let them outside. I dont want to deal with other peoples pets in MY yard..bringing in fleas...disease..etc..nope...its not fair to the neighbors. I wish people would GET this concept. It IS the same as a dog running loose off a leash...

I don't want a cat in my house but the neighbors cats are welcome and if they want to tangle with my Rooster ...well that should be fun to watch. I do like the benefits of a cat hunting rats and mice. I know this is way off the subject I am sorry for the Hijack too. I think maybe a live trap for their cat is a good Idea and maybe re-home it a long way off maybe the next state. J/K but you would be able to call the police and gripe about the neighbors cat.........and maybe feel a little something had been done. Tresspassing is tresspassing put a sign in your yard that says "No stray cats allowed on this property" Maybe that will be enough. And call on every party they have and report them for being too noisy........ They are the ones that started this by calling the cops on some chickens how stupid is that? A good neighbor even if they were ticked off would call and say "get your stinkin' chickens out of my yard" Ok, I am done.
