Corid day 4 regression...

We have given our hen Corid in her water, plus an oral dose day 1-3. Day 3 she seemed to be doing better. Today, day 4, she's not wanting to eat and only laying down. She's still drinking the water and is back to liquid poop. We're offering her feed, meal worms, scratch, sardines, yogurt & cooked ground beef. We haven't offered her an egg today, because she's not wanted it the past days. We do not know what else to offer her to eat. Her feed with some scratch & meal worms stays in the kennel with her, along with her water. She is in the house, in a kennel.

Any advice as to what to do to help her, would be greatly appreciated.

How old is your hen, and do you have another thread on her already going?

Drinking water while going off food can be a symptom of a blockage.. Check her crop.. is it flat and empty, hard and full, or squishy and full?

She is 2 yrs.

Yes, I have a couple threads on her, trying to figure out what is happening to her. On one about her runny poop someone mentioned treating her with corid in her water and orally for 3 days. We just finished day 3 last night. Yesterday she was busier & eating more than she had been. Today, not much food or energy.

Her crop has been very empty & flat, not squishy or anything else. Since bringing her inside, she's had small amounts in her crop, but not much.

If she's still trying to survive, then we're going to do all we can to help her. We do not want her to suffer though.
