Corid dosage for 1 quart?

Kay, so I have five chicks hatched about a month ago. Blood's been appearing in their poop and one of our chicks recently died unexpectedly, so my dad got some Corid from TSC. I have a single quart waterer; how much Corid should I give? A gallon isn't really practical; the place they're staying in is a bit small for that. Thanks for your help.

1/8th of a teaspoon. But, this is for the 20% Corid, IRRC.

What do you call "a small place"? Overcrowding isn't ideal, especially when dealing with coccidiosis.

It's their old brooder without the heat lamp (four square feet per chick); I bring them there in at night, or when it's rainy outside (like it is right now). They don't have a really good place to stay at night; the older birds take it up and two of them are VERY aggressive bantam hens.

I'd suggest picking up any bloody poops you find, since they're in a smallish space. Should help them recover faster too, since they won't be able to peck at the bloody spots. I'd also consider putting their heat lamp back up, but high up. (Unless it's super hot where you live.) Sick chicks tend to need a little extra warmth than well chicks. The red bulb will help keep them from pecking those bloody poop spots too.

I've just been through a coccidiosis outbreak; it wasn't fun, to say the least. I found out the same way you did: a sudden death. Then I saw the bloody poops. Be sure not to give them ANYTHING besides the Corid treatment for 5-7 days. No vitamin or electrolyte supplements, no nothing. Found that out the hard way.
