Corid not working for chicks with coccidia?

I put the chick that's acting lethargic in its own little pen with paper towels on the bottom so I could see it's poop and now it's poop looks normal. 🤷🏼‍♀️ It's still acting lethargic though.... What the heck could be going on? This chick hadn't touched the ground before it started acting weird.
Poop is a little mucousy.

I'd direct drench her with undiluted Corid at a rate of 0.10ml per pound of weight, give orally twice a day for 3 days.
This will be in addition to her drinking the Mixed Corid Water throughout the day. If she's not drinking well, then syringe the mixed water into her.

Offer her wet feed (use Corid water).
Do you have grit available for your chicks?

Chicks do not have to touch ground to have Coccidiosis. Coccidia are found in the poop and in soil. It's only when there's an overload that the protozoa are an issue.

Please.

Post photos of the chicks, the poop and the brooder.

Thank you!

Well this little chick is doing better. Running around, eating and drinking. I guess it was coccidia after all. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I have another doing the same thing she was doing so I'm treating it with corid water and giving some undiluted corid in a syringe. Hopefully this one will pull through also. ❤️ Thanks for your help everyone!

Glad to hear she's doing better.

I suggest that you treat all the chicks with the Corid.
