Cornish cross my huge egg laying hen!

Well, I had 1, 1/2 Cornish cross 1/2 Thai gamefowl chick hatch. She is with a broody Malay hen. The chick is now 10 days old. Looking pretty normal sized and healthy so far. Can’t wait to see how big it will get..

I wanted to share with everybody that today I went in the chicken coop and actually found the tiniest little egg that my Cornish cross had laid, she is 17 weeks old. Compared to the supermarket egg and you can see how tiny it is.
I started raising chickens only recently and this is the first egg we’ve had. My partner loves the chicken and does not want to call her we have been making sure she is healthy and not too overweight. She forages and moves around all day and eats very little feed
