You can buy hatching eggs from Ebay. There are banttam, regular standard, breeder dark cornish available.

It is hit and miss, but you buy egg through Ebay from folk that live near you so no shipping.. You can also checkout Craigslist in your area.

Good luck finding someone 'close' to you with Cornish. I've sold hatching eggs to 15-18 states, and every buyer told me I was the only one they could fine to sell them eggs.

I have Indian Game birds. I have just one cockerel now (Raj), but I've had others, and I have hens. I've had many breeds and hybrids over the years and these are some of the best natured birds I've ever had, with some of the prettiest plumage. They are tame and friendly and show no aggression whatsoever. They are maybe the favourite the breed I've ever had. I love the double lacing of the females, and the metallic shines on the males.

They aren't great layers though, and they need keeping well fed (they are big birds). They are excellent meat birds, if you can do that. They are also good broody's and Mums.
