So this my 3rd year doing meat chickens I always get 25 and keep them in two water troughs with lights till there big enough for a chicken tractor and move them around yard daily.

So since moving them out side I've lost 2 chickens and looks like I'm going loose one more. They are about 6-7 weeks old. The ones dieing look sick like and are smaller is there anything I should be checking or concerned about? I have just kinda thought that a few dieing is normal but wanted to check and see.

Are they vaccinated? What is the weather like? Symptoms? Losing a chicken is normal at a young age but losing 2-3 in a short time span is not. Especially if its contagious.

I did not vaccinate idk if they come that way? I got them with some friends through the mail. Weather is hot 70-80s with some rainy days. The birds are smaller then start labor breathing and pale color I have a third one right now I'm just going to put down it doesn't look like it will make the night

If I'm correct there just getting weaned off a heat lamp. Make sure they all have access to water 24/7 and have some shade. From what your saying this doesn't sound like an illness but it could be something respitory related. Otherwise I don't know how to help, good luck!

They have been outside for almost 2 weeks now but the other people I got them with put there's outside same time and haven't lost one yet. It kinda does seem respiratory but the rest look good and healthy so hopefully this was the last one to loose tonight I put it out of its misery sadly
