CORNISH ROCK CROP??

I have two cornish rocks that are four weeks old. They are huge! I have started taking their food away at night and no light in the house, so they seem to sleep. I have also, in the last two days, been letting them out to have some free range time. However, one more than the other, has the crop bulging to one side? Is this normal?
