Cornish Rock?

I got 6 cornish rocks from Tractor Supply 5 weeks ago. This one is much smaller than the others though, so I am suspecting she(?) must be something else. Any ideas?

It still looks bigger than anything else would at this age. It looks Cx, just like a runt.
