We have 15Cornish Rocks that will be 5 weeks old Thursday. One of the birds is sitting on its rear with both legs stuck out in front of it. When it stands, its feet are pointed outward and can hardly walk. It was eating up until yesterday, and now all it does is sit where it is at. Any ideas? Should I cull it, and if so, will it be ok to consume?

Sounds like it got too heavy too fast and it's broken/breaking its legs. Yes, cull it now, it's in pain and you can eat it. Back off of the feed a bit before your others have the same issues. Take the food up in the evening so its only available for about 12 hours a day.

It's weird because we have been feeding them twice a day and no food at night since they were 5 days old. This bird is the smallest of all the birds.
