Cornish Thread

Dear fans of the Cornish birds, good day!
My name is Victoria, I live in Ukraine.
Please let me help! I'm asking you for advice!
I was asked to take the egg from these hens, chickens are in Russia. whether to take the eggs for incubation of this bird? 1 egg costs $ 15.
I believe that they bear little resemblance to the Cornish.
Please decide it's a good Cornish?
thank you so much!
with best wishes
Victoria

Hi Victoria, they resemble Cornish but they are hatchery grade or maybe a bit more. I have seen worse hatchery birds but a lot better breeder quality.

Dear Chickened, good afternoon!
thank you so much for the tip! I had my doubts that the bird is of poor quality, but a professional opinion is very important to me! I will make an attempt to do research in Europe.
Thank you very much!

You're welcome, you should have no trouble finding quality DC there. In fact I would die for some birds from some of the European blood lines.
