Could anyone tell me if these two ladies are Cornish's. If so, what kind. I'm new and not quite sure what the girls are and someone thought they could be White laced red Cornish.

I got them from tractor supply and they told me they were leghorns

I have no clue where Tractor supply gets their chicks. I wish i knew

I'm almost forced to deal with Tractor Supply but I would NEVER buy a chick from them. The help most of the franchises hire likely have homing devices on their vehicle so I can't see trusting them with knowing anything about baby chicks.

Plenty of experienced poultry people might have some difficulty sexing or distinguishing many breeds so I can't see where that kind of help is qualified to give advice about chicks in a water tank.

Hi all was curious if anyone here had some standard dark Cornish fertile eggs they'd sale? I'm seeking a few different breeds to blend to make a good meat chicken and of course Cornish is in the list I've finally gotten my guy to ok a few chickens for meat so now I'm seeking eggs

We're doing the same sort of thing so I too am interested in your project.

At first I was going to try and cross Cornish and Light Brahma and Cornish Cross hen with Light Brahma rooster, then the off spring of Light Brahma Cornish Cross back to Another Cornish Cross another Cornish Cross Hen. Trying to get slightly faster growing and slightly bigger breasts. I've never had Cornish but Like Brahma except for the small breast size.
