Where is this? When I look at the math it is the same for small towns as well as big cities. About 1% of the population has active covid. And the same for the bigger city... larger population.
when the data comes in we will see more.
I dislike the rules for some but not for others. When salons are shut down but politicians still get their hair done.???
Virus is dangerous they say- shut down churches, but protests are okay???Shut down small businesses but big stores, Walmart, Menards is okay??? No motor boats!! But the governor says it is okay for her husband? Curfews- ? Do viruses stop after 11pm? California Governor says no large groups- yet we have video of him dining with a large group??? I have seen a mom arrested for taking her kids to a park? They were wrong about surfaces- they were wrong about many things! Our executive orders was recommended a mask and exempted people with heath issues, deaf people - read lips, ptsd, and surprised- they exempted the Governor’s office from the mandate.
drama sells on news- fear is a good way to control people. Faith over fear! Hope over panic.

Oh wait maybe you mean they shouldn’t get any visitors because they could be asymptomatic carriers and not know it?

To mitigate the risk to THEIR LIVES? Actually, yes. I would agree with that. There are electronic ways to visit and communicate with people. However, I do not make laws, and never said I did. I am simply stating my opinion, as anyone else has done.

And if you have a loved one in a nursing home you would have the option to take them home and care for them yourself. There aren’t exactly a lot of people making it out of a nursing home and going on to live healthy happy lives. They’re dying there and visiting with loved ones may be more important to them than it is to you.

Perhaps so. I have never said I had all the answers nor have I ever assumed to. I am not the one on this thread who popped in claiming to know things I did not.

I popped in because people continue to push their beliefs on others and continue to say others should be following the guidelines. Well here they sure are and like I’ve said 50 times and just posted the daily case count they’re continuing to rise. So... the only option would be more local economy killing regulations which have so far been proven ineffective.
