Here's a report from this morning.

https://www.cnn.com/videos/health/2...g-hauler-barclay-intv-newday-camerota-vpx.cnn

A person in her 30s we'd probably all agree was "healthy" is 9 months into continuing symptoms of Covid. The thing that surprised me in the story is that, apparently, as many as 1 in 10 can who get infected can become "long haulers". 10%! I hadn't heard or seen evidence of that before. ...altho my daughter has often commented about people that they release from her ICU and even from the hospital re-presenting with worse symptoms. I took that to be an effect of the people who are most afflicted. And maybe that means that about 10% are subject to the worst responses to the virus.

Oh! Hurry up with those vaccinations! ...tho there are warnings that people who are vaccinated can still carry and transmit the virus. They're just about 90% assured not to get sick from the viruses they carry.

It could be months before everyone gets access to a vaccine...
...and who knows what kind of new info and results come about in that time.
The big vaccine news is going to be taken as security/safety, tho false.

I got this this morning from UCLA explaining how rRNA (messenger RNA) technology works and dispelling some disturbing rumors about the vaccine (including the one that circulated here recently about sterilization).

I hope it adds some light and possibly dispels some concerns. We should also all heed the warning that even once vaccinated we continue to follow the protocols of wearing masks, washings hands and maintaining social distance until the virus is well controlled. Remember, there are those who won't get vaccinated and they'll continue to support the virus and it's dissemination until they get smart or die out.

Ok. Finished a pair that the doggies WON'T eat. Goodness.

Are those hand-carved? Or... the jawbone of a mouse? 🤔

They are rabbit jawbones. :) We clean bones with some surprisingly cute and well tempered flesh eating beetles. The teeth are painted gold and approximately match the wiring in bright light. The wire is plated copper and the hooks are 14K gold plated steel.
