Hubs took his temp Sunday night and had a low grade fever but didn’t tell me. Fortunately I caught him taking his temp Monday morning and made him take a home rapid test. It was positive so he went for the PCR test for work and got confirmation. He’s sleeping and doesn’t feel good, but he’s been worse with other things. I’m mostly concerned about his asthma when the congestion sets in, but we have what we need for breathing treatments so hopefully we can handle whatever happens.

I was sick beginning the weekend of Thanksgiving and my taste/smell still aren’t the same. I miss the taste of my morning coffee!

Thank you! I always keep a close eye on him whenever he has a respiratory illness. We’ve been in the ER before for it and that is scary. Fortunately we have the breathing machine at home and plenty of medication.

I think the fact that he’s vaccinated gives him some peace of mind.

My youngest son has asthma also. He got Covid before it became a pandemic. He had to stay in the hospital for eight days. He did get better but really affected his breathing at the time. So, knock on wood, your hubby will have it easier being vaccinated.
