Prayers for swift healing and that you don't get it.
Thanks. Hes good about keeping his distance when hes sick. Hes got every cover in the house on him right now trying to sweat it out. Hes in and out of consciousness. This is pretty typical for him when he's ill though. I asked him if he wanted me to run him a bath and he declined. We're on opposite sides of the couch and I'm letting him control the TV because I'm not touching that remote unless its lysoled. Luckily I have video games from christmas so I have something to do. He took colladial silver and vitamins and Im pumping water. Got the humidifier going and just praying now. We're both in our thirtys and other than anxiety and my hbp we're pretty healthy

New to this chat but something you can get to help moniter how he's doing is a fingertip oxygen sensor. $20 peace of mind. They sell them at meijer.

I had the original version of covid feb 2020 and a different version march 2021 shortly after vaccinated. The first time I should've gone to hospital, second time was mild. Didn't throw up until the end that time. Still miserable. Get some verners and kaopectate for in case. Maybe some canned soups in case you get it and don't have oomph to cook.

I ended up with long haul syndrome after covid. I got it managed with supplements. Zyrtec was one of them that I discovered early on for off lable use.

Being sick is wretched in general no matter what it is. Hope he gets better quickly.

Is it possible that this could eventually mutate into something harmless?
Yes it is a possibility as viruses frequently tend to attenuate. It's actually against their best interest to kill us. But given the unpredictable nature of this virus, it might very well become more virulent.

Got any cats? They do wonders for your countertops.
One cat only. Shes 16 and has arthritis. She never jumps on countertops and her litterbox has to be cleaned daily or she poops on the floor. The countertops are too high for her to jump up because her joints ail her. Sometimes they lock up entirely and she falls down because she looses balance

he has flurona
I just heard about that yesterday. Having both the flu AND Corona!!!! That has to suck big time.

I'm thinking cobs but could go either way.:lau
It would depend on the cat Stacey! We have one that won't allow himself to be picked up (unless you like to bleed). Gotta be fast to get him into a carrier for the annual vet visit. Been a housecat his entire 10 years too.

That's how they become
And they're compostable! Helps the garden and your bum :gig
see works out. (just joking here)
I have a feral kitten living with my chickens.

Hubby is insisting he feels better but his hacking and fever indicate more. I'm stressing on him the level of importance of sanitzing. Anything he touches I'm right there with the sanitizing spray. Gotta pick more up tomorrow. Asked him if he'd take a test if I found one...he said no. To wit I said "well I'm gonna get one any way so I dont infect my shop owners". He then concided to this so hopefully I can find two and convince him to take one.
