Talk about batsh*t. 🙄 I think people need a new hobby.

I told mt MIL that her son has the flu and NOT COVID. Shes freaking out texting me left and right and I specifically told her he tested negative. She swears hes dying and I'm not telling her. This is the level of crazy that the media has pushed this too. Btw hubby is feeling much better. Hes walking around and no longer in and out of consciousness. Hes eating and drinking. Just complaining his sinuses are stuffed and his throat is still sore.

Y’all I cannot make this $&!@ up 🤦‍♀️

Welp, it's personal now. A post hoc look at my experience with Jansen vax.
The original poster asks, How has covid affected your life? Well, for 2 years with daily exposure to the sickest of sick not one sniffle from me. I was unvaccinated by choice having read the original research protocols and witnessed multiple cases of undocumented adverse events poo-pooed as 'undiagnosed preexisting condition'. That is UNTIL my employer elected to gave all its healthcare employees the jab or job ultimatum so I reluctantly got the jab..that was 3rd wk of Nov. Understand this; I don't get severely ill, and I have only called in sick a handful of times in my 25+ years in healthcare. I get my flu shot without fail (it's well studied, too) and I eat healthy, blah blah blah. So after the poke I had the usual
muscle and joint aches for a few days, understandable, (BUT THEN) it became so severe that by day 4 I could not bear weight on my legs bc of stiff muscles in my thighs, hips, back..my abs hurt, my arms, hands ached! Rare reaction #1..poo-pooed off as 'normal'. ?wth Round of muscle relaxers and course of steroids and gallons of diluted pedialyte .. I missed 3 days of work but it gradually got better. I still have aches in major joints to this day but at least I can walk. Then 2-3 weeks ago new symptoms emerged: Intermittent progressing to consistent with shortness of breath, chest pressure, night sweats and palpitations, all worse when laying down. I slept in a chair one night last week.
BTW, I am a cardiologist so I ignore my own symptoms and keep working until I can't, right? So off to work with the above symptoms now existing despite being upright. Well, ya can't keep certain signs from being observed by the most excellant nurses on the planet...so they forced me into a room and called in another doc. Testing ensued (I insisted it was tacos from the night before and needed to get back to my patients), but ECG was abnormal and I have a restriction (stiffened) to my heats normal contraction. Myocarditis.. it seems I am among the multitudes I have treated this past for year for similar issues which the health department, vaccine reporting commissions and big-pharma dismiss as 'potential undiagnosed pre-existing condition'. I was low risk albeit high exposure. I wash my hands more in 1 day than most do in a week! My wmployer refused ALL requests for exemption...no reviews, just a NO!
The logic is flawed. If vax and unvax can get covid and still transmit covid to vax and unvax, and triple vaxed are getting hospitalized then logically it seems that the vaccine offers little protection to anyone but certainly offers all the risk of side effects from minor to major. The cure has become the disease.
So, now I am angry! I had no health issues other than a little hypoactive thyroid. Now I have real problems that will last THE REST OF MY LIFE!! I am very angry.
I am not looking for pity, empathy or advice. I needed to vent. The OP asked how covid has impacted ones life, well as a human lab rat only time will tell.
