It's because the United States has been testing more people than the other countries because we have the equipment to do so... So we are reading higher numbers than everybody else because everybody's being tested.

Now before they were saying that there is a shortage of test kits here, so numbers are likely higher than reported.

I'm in Los Angeles, FortCluck. One of the harder hit cities. I've been to the doctors twice in the last 10 days. Once with a sore throat that came on very rapidly and then when I started developing wheezing. I got treated at a UCLA clinic, one of the best, certainly the largest, in the city. I'm 73. I'm asthmatic. I've never been tested.

Virginia is testing a lot of people maybe it depends where you live. If you don't have the testing available in the hospital for everyone then it's different. One of Virginia's top hospitals created their own testing with approval. It's a teaching hospital for students and this is huge for them.

And did you have a temp? That's the main symptom of Covid 19 that's why they have hospital employees and such get their temperatures checked when they go in the building and out of the building.
