It’s stupid but I don’t wanna feel like I’m missing out or denying myself or something but at the same time I suck at moderation so I think all or nothing would be best for me. But that doesn’t work either cause telling myself I can never have it again makes me want it moreKdogg, you need to take tiny steps . Pick steps you can live with long term. It may take up to 3 weeks to see any results- that was hard for me. I have been on my calorie counting "diet" actually lifestyle for 4 years. I have lost 20 pounds and kept it off. I don't think I'm ready yet for the next 10 but I would love to start . But I feel I do not want to bite off too much and gain what I've lost.
