Joannes fabrics, main distribution center, is in the town next to where I am. FYI.

Can you run over and see if they really do have the navy blue fabric with paw prints and stars please?

Pitch a hissy, not your fault they can't keep track of their stuff.

Over the last few years I've quit ordering from them because half the time stuff I "buy" that is confirmed as an order goes out of stock after I buy it and I never get it.

The other frustrating thing is many of the fabrics I want are not available online, but in store only. That's fine if there is a normal sized Joanns close by, but what is here are "pick up" locations. Mini stores if you will. Tiny selections of a few things and they are basically only there to encourage people to ship to site, instead of their homes.

With millions of masks needed I should not be surprised at EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE being sold out.

I will contact them and let her hem know that I am displeased. It is my first order from them and yeah....no.

Feel free to tell them I'm no longer impressed by them.
Don't even get me started at how much the fabric quality has gone down the last ten years while the price has sky rocketed.

I understand that you are angry with them. I'm glad I didn't take a part time job as maintenance with them. I did apply long before I came to Central Valley.

They've been overselling like this for years. Every holiday or every time there is a decent sale this would happen to me. There are better and less expensive places to buy from with as good if not better fabrics. Hopefully you won't get hit with the shipping.
I used to love Joanns so it's not a grudge about anything, just got tired of being disappointed when ordering from them.
