My chickens are a bit ticked off today. The snow has melted but the uncovered part of the run is squishy. ...they do not like squishy.

Then there are the temporary roomies....7 ducklings with a heat light taking up a bunch of floor space.

Come on warmer weather! I need to get the duck house built and run roofed!

It does. The hens are not pleased.
I think Rudy is ready to peck their eyes out. She keeps giving them stink eye.

Not being able to sell some of my hens this year has put a pinch on space.
