Only 35 pounds? Got you beat, kiddo! And here I sit waiting for my favorite pizza which I have not had in years.

For a gal that had until about 10 years ago was usually underweight by about 25 lbs this is huge for me. Based on what my normal weight use to be I am 60lbs over. I am working on getting rid of the tummy fat, which is helping me not obsess over the numbers the scale is tossing at me.

Kiddo? You are not that much older than I am.

I am where one of those Costcos has a police presence now to deal with the crowds. Cooking has been great for my peace of mind. I start baking some bread and putting together a pot of soup and I feel like whatever comes along we'll deal with.

However I was going to make some yogurt tonight but can't get any milk....

Yeah, I was going to make some yogurt for myself, the boys and the critters, but forgot to get milk at the store. I know I have a partial gallon that went sour for the hogs who love sour milk. The rest of us are not sour milk fans. lol

I have been sick for several weeks now and have been using the same "cooking therapy" which has been a god send.

My husband finally had to go to the city to get antibiotics. I had to pull teeth to get them. The nurse wanted to argue with me that green/yellow snot is not a sign of my body trying to get rid of (or fight) an infection (bacterial) or virus and that all I need is a stinking neti pot! :rantI had worked January- February in our small town which attracts a lot of tourists so I naturally have some concerns being sick for so long. The hospital pretty much tells you to not bother coming in b/c of the c. virus even if you want to get tested. Talk about mixed messages. But that's OK. I'd rather stay at home with my chickens vs. being with most humans.

Hubby texted me about a 45 min. wait at Albertsons. I told him to not worry too much about the TP because of the supply/demand curve. Maybe I should buy stock in TP? Lawd knows our other investments have gone into the sh**ter these past two weeks. Wouldn't hurt to squeeze the Cha:laurmin

Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks will probably have their full complement of tourists when the season opens, as usual. Oh, there may be a slight reduction in visitors, but I don’t blame people for continuing with their plans. Some of them have saved up for years to see these awesome places and have looked forward to the trip so much. But not one local I’ve spoken to plans on going this year. Not one, including me and my family. We live in Northwestern Wyoming, not far from Yellowstone, and we ain’t going three or four times this year like we normally do. This year, the tourists can enjoy it.

Hey, everyone! Just though that I'd pop in here real quick... two cases in my state right now. I'm not that worried about it, as I live in the woods, but I'm praying for people who are sick, who are elderly, and who are still healthy.
Take care. All you fellow Christians out there -- please pray for safety and health for yourselves and your family; for the elderly and those with respiratory illnesses; and for mercy on those who have died and for strength for their families.
May God watch over you all, Christians and non-Christians alike.
It'll end. It might take a while, but it certainly isn't the end of the world like some people (*ahem* news) make it out to be. It will end.
Apologies if I came off a little preachy there and made anyone uncomfortable.
Take care, everyone!
