What are we all doing to stay sane while stuck at home?

Not too many changes as I am basically a solitary person other than interacting with my wife. I'm planning/cooking all meals - no more eating out. Still working dogs. Every day the Princess and I go to one of the community parks and fast walk a bit. (Every now and then I have to jog to catch up as she has these big old long legs.) Today she said, "You take more steps than me." Yes, my legs are shorter. And of course spending way too much time here on BYC. We have also started spring clean up.

Managed to get back to France yesterday before a complete shut down between UK and France. Now have to stay home and if I do go out I have to carry a form with me stating why I am out, where I live and how old I am, even going for a walk, if I don't have this the police will fine us. At least we won't starve with the girls keeping the egg production line going, although they need to speed up as one egg between the four of them is not going to go very far between hubby and me😂😂. Thank goodness the next ten days are sunny and warm to kick start them😊
Getting off the subject of corona virus for a minute, Have just been to see if Poppy had laid an egg; she is 2yrs old, a Rhode island red, healthy happy eating well but she has been hanging around the coop all morning and I have just found this in the best box. It looked like a sausage and when I cut it open like scrambled egg inside, no blood and no smell. She is now back to free ranging with the others and seems fine. Perhaps it is something she ate from the cats dish ??

Hatching chicks for the community? How are you doing that? I'm trying to learn Spanish on Rosetta Stone. Haven't gotten very far, though.

I have multiple incubators running and yes I'm technically meeting people to give them chicks but I've been locked up in my house longer than most because of health concerns so I'm definitely not passing along any germs when I hand them a box of chicks. lol

I agree with the others above, looks like a lash egg.
