Oh my goodness!!! You look so young!

I could have used mine today when cleaning the coop. My big meanie in there decided I was unwelcome so launched to flog me from the roost! Yup nailed me on the head. No it is not a rooster. Just a mean ole Barnevelder hen named Havoc.

Rudy my 4+ year old BSL is actually enjoying my gardening work. I start turning soil and she hops on the shovel to help....or look for worms.....

5 gallon buckets work well too. I did a lot in buckets so I don't have to rely on the grocery store for food. This virus had taught me a lot.

I have tons of buckets. Might have to try it haha

Onions...pots...yes....carrots in pots...yes....most everything can grow in pots....even big ole squash!
Just don't forget pots need a LOT more often watering and may dry out and overheat in a hot sunny spot.

I washed and machine dried my all cotton ones.
They came out a wrinkled mess. I had to iron the bejesus out of them but they reshaped ok.
Next time I will line dry then iron.....maybe not so many wrinkles that way and a good hot steaming iron will kill much more than just my fingertips.

Hang in and hang around. We all have our opinions, and sometimes we all express them a bit too strongly. All are valuable and add to the dialogue as long as we remain polite. If someone frequently upsets you, simply institute the 'ignore' function and you will be unable to see their posts. I find it to be a wonderful thing.

It’s an amazing event for Barbie collectors. Its everything Barbie imaginable. My sister in law is a collector and she was going to give a speech about Barbie as a woman in the modern era. We were going for the speech and, Vegas baby!

Onions don't need really deep soil.....save the 5 gallon buckets for deeper rooted things.....plant onions in shallower pots. I grow bunching onions (like the green onions at the store) in just 4" of dirt and close together.

No instead she sent me a nasty message and called me a cyberbully when I did absolutely nothing wrong. I was talking to 21Hens and unsure what I even did, but I get people have high tension with lockdowns. Honestly I'm quite in shock because calling someone a bully is quite horrible.
