I just emailed the local food pantry (2 of them). One says that they take fresh egg donations and the other doesn't say... I am waiting for them to email me back and tell me if they will accept them. I need to go buy egg cartons this weekend.
Very nice of you!

We are starting to get more eggs than we can eat again... And when I say we... That does not include me I do not eat eggs. I am thinking about giving some to my parents neighbors when I visit this weekend. I will have my youngest pass them out. He likes giving.

He honestly will get money for doing chores or what not and he will spend it on everyone else but himself.

That's a great family trait, "giving"

My husband always says "It is better to give than to receive" I enjoy giving and I do not truly like receiving. I would rather get zero things and see the joy in others faces because of the things I do for them.

I'm the same way.

You inspired me today... So your day was not a complete waste :D I am set to drop off eggs (quail and chicken) within the next few weeks once I get enough. Hopefully I will get at least 10 dozen. I am not sure when they quail will start laying. They want the eggs washed and refrigerated.

You’re still waiting for quail eggs too?
YES!!!! Most of mine are 6+ weeks. How old are yours?

I do have a group that are 3 weeks, but my scarlets (6 weeks) are being so annoying and not laying. I just need to learn patience! Mt family really wants to try them though. I also want to give some away to friends because they have never tried them.

I just got rid of my 8 week old because it wasn't laying but it also wasn't crowing. It was all white with a black dot on its head (I didn't like the coloring)

I was a test car driver for honda for 3 years. I wish I could show you the videos of the crashes we had to watch during our monthly safety training. They were real videos from crash scenes. They were horrifying! Nothing was blurred out as they wanted us to understand the full impact of what could happen. I will never forget the sounds of the injured, screaming and crying as they were cut from some of the cars. I will never forget the visuals of seeing bodies decapitated, or body parts ripped from the persons body. Needless to say I will never speed.
You asked about the cruise control, Yes it does kick off when you step on the brake. That's what it's supposed to do. You just have to reset it when it's needed again. I really hope you take to heart everything people have said. You are young and we care about not only you but the others on the road with you.
