I'd like some nice, cool hot cocoa. It has a more pronounced flavor than plain milk, I think... I wonder if it would help to dull the spiciness for a bit longer, because your taste buds are still processing the flavor of the cocoa?
Wait... "cool" hot cocoa. Ooops -- I just said an oxymoron! Y'all get what I mean, though, right?
One time I put cayenne pepper and ginger and cinnamon and a few other other random things in my hot cocoa and I did it to my tea once too lol

That show only gives 3 options.
Actually, we tried that last night. We didn't have milk but my son and I drank some half and half. It MAY have helped a bit.
The key I have experimented with milk was the swish it around while scraping tongue against the upper teeth..... Very effective.

While traveling on business I stopped into a Cracker Barrel to get some lunch. Immediately upon entry to the restaurant, I was stopped by an employee and told that I needed a mask.

I asked her please to back up a bit and keep distance and asked to speak with the manager. At this point a number of people waiting in line began to look at me.

The employee scurried off and a manager soon arrived. I was safely distancing myself from all other people and asked that the manager keep her distance, which she did.

I then explained that I had a medical condition, HYPERCAPNIA. She asked what that I was and I explained it to her. She then said that I still needed a mask, it was the law...to which I replied that it is a "mandate" not a "law" unless she wanted the full force of the Judicial System down on her company for a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, I suggest she seat me. I did suggest she make a phone call to her manager to confirm.

A few minutes later, she returned and promptly seated me. A few patrons actually clapped. I hope someone got this on film and posts it on YouTube!

you took the time to explain your situation, and didn't intrude on anyone's personal space. Civility won out. But I wonder if a server refused to serve you for their own sense of safety, would that have been allowed?

I doubt it. I think the law is pretty clear about discrimination of any kind.

Things to ponder...Can an employer refuse to serve a person with HIV? Or refuse to serve a group of young black men dressed like thugs because they fear for their safety?

No.

But on second thought, that's logic speaking. Since the world has gone crazy, I am uncertain that legal precedent and the rule of law matters much anymore...

Which medical code does Hypercapnia fall under that distinguishes it as a true disability versus just a medical condition? There is a difference. If you don't have a code, plus the qualifying medical paperwork, and have gone through the process...citing the ADA as a threat is an insult to people with real disabilities all over this country.
