I was trying to make homemade no-sew ones for awhile but my skills arent so good. I actually found homemade masks they sold at the feed store for $5 and it had a cow on it. I'll have to take a pic later.
I want one with cow print but I will dream until I cross paths with one.

Very easy to customize. I know people who get them in Star Trek officer colors. Makes it more fun for sure and it means that people with different size faces have an easier time getting masks that fit.

I guess I've seen too many movies. When I'm getting out of the car and putting my mask on, I feel like I'm going in to rob the place.

SAME!! I won’t even wear sunglasses in and always lift them up right before I go in if I need them on the walk in because I feel like the combination of the mask and glasses makes me look like suspicious.

Remember when I didn’t have an idea what to do with these zucchini that magically appeared in my “don’t buy from the grocery store because of virus” gardens. Well check these yummies out.

I also did pickled carrots, bruschetta (my tomato plants have gone crazy), and pickled peppers. Some stuff is from the local outdoors farmers market.

Before this virus I probably wouldn’t have been home long enough to do all this in 1 day.

Europe loosened up and the virus is expanding again. In my country the counted infections doubled last week (from about almost 100 a day to almost 200 a day).

Super-spreading events (parties, clubs, bars) and travellers are the main problem now. The group that gets infected is mostly under 40 now. So the hospitals are not seeing more patients now. But the medics are afraid the parents will get infected soon too.

I think wearing a mask has two possitive effects.

• Wearing one and seeing one, makes people aware the virus is spreading.
• Infected people dont spead the virus so easily.

Therefore it’s a good thing if you have to ware one in public places like shops and public transport where keeping distance is not possible / too hard to do.

And also that restaurants, bars and clubs need to register the visitors name / phone-number so the people who where in such places can be traced, warned and tested to prevent further spreading.

For as long as there are no working medicines or vaccins. Hope there is one before the winter season.
