I caved - have you noticed ? Last Friday we picked up a golden doodle - yeah, a mutt. What a sweetheart, but she is wearing me out.

Nah, @Ruthster55 I'm still here!! but I am making an attempt at being a little better and wiser everyday! (Good lord willing!!)
Please forgive me all for not knowing most all of the history of the last 2038(!!!) pages. I just don't have the energy to try and catch up so I am just jumping in. Again, please forgive my ignorance. I am in no way a denier of reality so believe I am in safe company as @ChocolateMouse has advertised. I did find myself being disgusted on other threads/thread with the people who deny, minimalize and are dismissive of others for voicing concerns as we are having a 911 every day now and we are just calling it Wednesday. It is a train wreck on top of a train wreck on top of a train wreck ad infinitum. Not only does it seem extremely insensitive but quite jerkish playing to odds with other peoples lives and then adding, oh, but they are all old- that is a small and ignorant view. There is a much bigger picture to this Covid19, the lack of leadership and all of those it effects and how.
So, I am all about weeding jerks out of my life in 2020 and beyond (actually have been doing that for the last few years) so maybe it wont rub off on me. Life is too short to except people who would except all of this rubbish and invite it in to all of our homes. Wow! unintended rant... sorry.... not sorry! Now ya know!

On the fluffier side of things... we gave Elliott his first pot chew aka CBD last eve and it worked wonderfully!!! He laid down and took a nap and when the distant fireworks were popping he did not have a nervous breakdown, he just continued his nap. I know it was not one of the big acetylene bombs the fricken neighbors like to shake the house with nightly (I bet they don't wear masks either) as they must be saving up for the big blow on NY, but it was a successful dry run and I feel we are into the solution. It was wonderful NOT watching an inconsolable puppy have a nervous breakdown because of the slightest noise. Today I will look for a vest or wrap for him, also vet gave him 40 Trazodone. Time to get our cute little weirdo turned around and back to happy 24/7.

@TropicalBabies He's so cute and I love seeing photos. I certainly don't think such a healthy looking dog is abused. More like "My big dog is really good in the house so him being 50lbs might not be so bad!". I love the photos. He's so cute. I've been showing them to D and he's really excited about cute dog photos going around.

Yesterday morning it was 51 when I got up and it got to 55.
This morning it was 22 with flurries. Dropping to 13 tonight.

About the same here.
...with snow flurries all day, could get heavy lake effect tonight.

Which is why I'm toying with the idea of colors ... If it has to come off anyway, I might as well have some fun!

I use a pink toner. The longer I leave in the pinker my hair gets. Even with a little toning I feel a little better. It is animal friendly and a good co. Not sure on environment but def not as bad as a dye. It will dry your hair a little more so be sure to use a leave on conditioner
