Better off just holding out at home unless you have severe symptoms or need a positive test for work IMHO. If you have severe symptoms they're going to give you the test at the ER anyway

If you're dead set on getting a test check with your state government. Some states are providing tests in the mail.

So I have a question. What should one do if they have the sniffles and a low-grade fever but can't get an appointment to be tested until 6 days out? Asking for a friend.
