Correct protein levels for Cornish X?

Hey y'all,

My local mill doesn't make a broiler feed. Instead, they sell a 35% protein supplement meant to be mixed with ground corn and calcium to make a layer feed, but gives no instructions for how to make a broiler feed. What protein level am I shooting for? (I am not adding the calcium).


edited to add: I think I have it! Let me know if this sounds right:
Slaughtering at 7-8 weeks, so they are fryers or broilers. Based on this: http://pubs.ext.vt.edu/2902/2902-1083/2902-1083_pdf.pdf they need 20-23% protein. Sound right?
