Hi guys it’s me again :) I have gotten such great advice and guidance from so many here and as a feathered mom newbie I am so greatful! The chics are doing great and this thread is so I can hopefully get some clearance. I started the peepers on liquid Corid on Tuesday 27th I accidentally underdosed them for three days 27th-29th. You guys helped me find the correct dosage and that dosage started Friday 29th. For that reason I’m extending the treatment to the full 7 days. I am a bit worried about the Corid drench- one drop to the side of the beak atleast once. That drop is it a drop like dip my finger and give them a drop or is it a drop like 0.#mls with a syringe? I lost 5 chicks already i have 5 left And I want to continue learning to give them the best care they deserve.

No reason to be drenching, none of them are showing symptoms and I doubt it was coccidiosis but we're seeing this through since you've already begun treatment.

The Corid water should be their only water source through the duration of treatment. Do not give any additional vitamins while treating, just regular feed and water with Corid.

Out of the 5, 2 of them still have watery dark brown poops but not every day or all day. Corid water is their only source since i started the treatment. Everything pointed towards overheating but that environment was changed and I still see the diarrhea so yes like you said I’ll finish the treatment and go from there. The all day hiiiiii :)

How are your chicks doing?
They are doing great! Growing, playing, being silly :) I see the occasional watery poo and very stinky. It’s not all the time thought. I was told as their little gut lining heals I’ll still see it, but that as long as it’s not bloody or brings other symptoms should be fine. I really hope that’s right. I’m so happy I found all of you here!

Are you sure these aren't just cecal droppings?
At this point I think they are! They are happy, growing, eating, playing, living their best peepy life. No sign of illness. I had them outside yesterday and they loved it. Today the conditions aren’t great, so we modified and they’re loving it 😊
