I applied the Corrid to some bread cubes, but due to unforeseen circumstances, had to stop application after four chickens. The corrid has dried on the bread. Is it still potent to give to the chickens a few days later, or should I make new bread cubes?

Ive never given it on food, but Id throw it out and give fresh. Id personally do an oral drench with a syringe to ensure they get rhe full dosage, and also have it mixed in their water too. If its an actually cocci outbreak they sometimes go from healthy to dead in less than a week. Thats my 2 cents, Ive lost some great birds to cocci so I never risk it any more

Do you have powdered or liquid Corid?

Corid is mixed with their water. Powdered Corid dose is 1 1/2 tsp or Liquid Corid is 2 tsp per gallon of water given as the sole source of drinking water for 5-7 days.

How old are the birds you are treating for Coccidiosis? If you have some that are in a bad way, then a direct oral drench can be given in addition to them drinking the mixed Corid water.

Undiluted liquid Corid drench dose is 0.10ml per pound of weight given orally once a day for 3 days.

For powdered Corid drench , mix 1/2 tsp powder with 2 tsp water, give 0.34ml per pound of weight orally once a day for 3 days.

Remember the drenches are to give a boost/kick start and the birds are still to be drinking the mixed Corid water for 5-7 days. If they are not drinking, then syringe the mixed water into them several times a day.
