How do chicks get Coryza and what are the symptoms?

Poultry get disease by being exposed to the bacteria or virus from another chicken, either directly or through a vector such as a human, or carry cage, or place. There are so many ways for birds to get illness, hard to say.

What makes you think you may have Coryza? Have you filled out the questionaire at the top of this section?

I was reading other peoples post and my chick has puffy eye with puss coming out of it, she is sitting by herself with her eyes closed and she has a funky kind of smell around her head. I am not sure if she has coryza, I am trying to figure out what is wrong with her. I treated her eye with Terramycin since I thought she had an eye infection.
