I found a coop I like (we have a run that we will attach) and Im trying to gauge an approx cost before I buy the plans. Can anyone help just get me a ballpark on cost? Pretty open to whatever minor changes i need to make it cheaper.

I would guesstimate to build something like this would run you $800-1200 just in materials.

Areas you could save some $ is on plywood sheeting, it's not always necessary on the walls if using siding over the top, or under the roof if using corrugated panels. You could even do the exterior siding out of free pallet slats. I don't see a need to buy any plans for this personally, but you do you. Heck, I'd price it out against a prefab shed kit.
