Coturnix quail and dangerous colors to breed

I'm my recent batch of purchased eggs I got such color variety. Reading into what color they all are I seen some colors are not supposed to be bred together. I'm so confused on the matter.... I'm not breeding for color just healthy birds. Maybe when I learn more I'll go for color, but for now I would like to stick with feather sexable colors. Thanks for any input and advice.

The ones that I know not to breed together are silver to silver and Italian to Italian.

These colors can look so different in each picture I look at. So confusing

Italian X Italian isn't an issue, you just get Manchurian/Italian/Pharoah from that mix. There's a fatal yellow gene that can look similar to Italian, however.

Silver X Silver is an issue, though. Andalusian quail also have issues.

I get that, haha! Birds with the fee gene, especially homozygous fee, can look very gray - but I find that true silver birds have little patterning and white wings/wing tips.
