Coturnix Quail Limping??

Hi all,
I have a female coturnix quail who has been limping around her cage for about a week. I've been giving her some warm baths which she likes, and it helps her move a little easier for a while. She is able to put the foot down and heavily limp using it, though I'm noticing her rear toenail looks almost rotted and swollen. Any ideas on cause or treatments? I'll include some pictures below. Looks like it may of broken and the quick got infected? I'm not sure what you'd do besides give her time. There may be some type of ointment to put on it. (Nothing with pain reducers in it, they are harmful to birds).
